Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and serving food in the cafeteria to patients and employees.
• Assure patient diets are met and all patients receive the appropriate meal.
• Assist cooks following dietary recipes and menus to aide in the preparation and portioning of meals.
• Monitors the quality and temperature of all food in the serving line during each meal.
• Maintain a sanitary environment assuring all appropriate procedures are followed at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
