Job summary

Oceanside Care Center is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and resident meals. You will train and lead staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, and address residents’ daily nutritional needs with compassionate care.

You will collaborate with the director to ensure compliance with health regulations, plan menus, schedule staff, supervise dining services, and complete required reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital or long-term care food service.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.

• Prepare menus and schedule staff efficiently.
• Supervise dining services personnel, enforcing policies and procedures to provide timely, high-quality food service.
• Direct Dietary Aides during meal services and ensure proper cleanup.
• Complete all required forms and reports accurately and promptly.
