Dietary Supervisor

Full Time Days 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Plan, organize, and direct the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and special diets for residents
• Manage and maintain inventory, ordering and receiving food and supplies as needed
• Develop and implement menus, recipes, and dietary policies to meet the nutritional needs of residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans
• Ensure high-quality food service, presentation, and maintain a clean and safe environment
