Job summary

The Allure Group is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in Brooklyn, NY. You will oversee meal production, service, and sanitation while leading dietary staff and ensuring compliance with safety and resident rights guidelines.

Ideal candidates have dietary management education and at least one year of supervisory experience in food service, preferably in long-term care. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of food service supervisory experience required.
• Degree from an accredited college/university or completion of the 120-hour course in Dietary Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient food production and meal service to all residents.
• Develop food preparation, distribution, and sanitation schedule.
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selection of dietary personnel.
• Adhere to fire safety, infection control, confidentiality, and resident rights guidelines.
• Ensure staff compliance with dietary procedures and policies.
• Assign, supervise, and direct food service to all service areas.
• Forecast department needs and report staffing requirements.

Dietary SupervisorResponsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient food production andmeal service to all residents
• Develop food preparation, distribution, andsanitation schedule

Dietary Supervisor Requirements
