Under the Administrator, you will manage inventories and budgets, hire and orient staff, and maintain compliance with facility policies while delivering high-quality nutrition to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assures that all items needed to prepare foods on the menu are available to dietary staff. Ensures inventories of food, supplies and equipment are available.
• Maintains and keeps accurate accounting for all budgets assigned, and informs Administrator prior to spending monies in excess of the budget.
• Is responsible for staff in the dietary department. Follows facility policies when hiring, orienting, and disciplining employees.
