Job summary

Heritage Manor Care in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor to lead the Food Services Department and ensure a high-quality care dining experience for residents. You will oversee training, coordinate with Nursing and other departments, and report to the Dietitian/Administrator as required.

The role requires 6 months in a dietary position and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on accurate diet interpretation and standard dietary procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide written and oral reports/recommendations to the Dietitian and/or Administrator as necessary.
• Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing services.

We are looking for an experience Dietary Supervisor - Full Time.

As Supervisor of Food Services, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Development of and participate in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of timely in-service training classes that provide instructions on “how to do the job,” and that ensure a well-educated Food Services Department.
• Coordinating food services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Nursing, Environmental, Activity and Social Services, etc.).
• Written and oral reports/recommendations to the Dietitian and/or Administrator as necessary/required concerning the operation of the Food Services Department
• Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing services.
