Alameda Center is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to join its Food Services team. The role reports to the Food Service Director and helps plan, supervise, and ensure service quality for residents, staff, and visitors.

It requires overseeing diet planning, menu formulation, and therapeutic diets under budget guidelines. The ideal candidate will bringFood Service Certification and an associate degree in Food Service, with strong knowledge of sanitation, large-scale food operations, and staff

Qualifications

• Food Service Certification in accordance with regulatory agencies is required.
• Associate degree in Food Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality and quantity of food served.
• Adheres to sanitary regulations governing handling and serving of food.
• Oversees meals are prepared and served on schedule.
• Develops and adapts work techniques for efficient operation and training of staff.
• Maintains records and reports.
