Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen sanitation in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Supervise dietary staff and provide orientation, work scheduling, payroll and in-services.
• Observe menu adherence, recipes, and temperature monitoring procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain food, supplements and supplies; manage budget parameters.
• Provide coverage in absence of the Dietary Manager and on-call as assigned.
