Job description

Henry Rehab and Nursing is seeking a full-time Dietary Services Supervisor to help lead our dietary team and support the daily operations of the food service department.

This position is responsible for assisting with meal service operations, supervising dietary staff, maintaining food safety standards, and helping ensure residents receive nutritious, quality meals in a clean and welcoming environment.

Pay

$17.00 - $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the dietary department
• Supervise and support dietary staff during meal service
• Help ensure meals are prepared and served according to established standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection control practices
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote a positive dining experience for residents and guests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary services, food service, or hospitality required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience is a plus
