Lexington is seeking a reliable Dietary Aide to support daily food service operations. You will learn the routine quickly, set up meal trays, assist with serving, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment under the Cook and Dietary supervisor.

This role requires a high school diploma, the ability to read recipes and follow procedures, strong teamwork, and the willingness to obtain a food handler's certificate.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain food handlers' certificate.
• Ability to read procedures and follow recipes.

Responsabilidades

• Learn food service routine quickly.
• Set up meal trays.
• Strip returned trays and wash dishes.
• Assist with serving meals.
• Check and record dishwashing temperatures.
• Operate dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen.
• Carry out trash and garbage.
• Maintain clean, safe work surfaces.
• Support training of dietary staff.
• Work cooperatively with all departments.
