Midwest Health, Inc. seeks a Dietary Manager to ensure meals follow approved menus and federal/state regulations. You will plan menus with the dietician, using seasonal and locally available foods, and may supervise meal service and purchasing.

You will supervise cooks and dietary aides, maintain staff schedules, and participate in assessing resident needs and care planning. Strong record-keeping and budgeting skills are essential.

Formación

• CDM certification preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to work beyond normal hours as needed
