Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, or related field.
• RD or CDM certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in dietary management, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement menus meeting nutritional guidelines and special dietary needs.
• Supervise and train dietary staff, ensuring food safety standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for food and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to dietary services.
