Dietary Director

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Annually

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Dietary Director to join our team at Union. As the Dietary Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the food service operations and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, while also managing food costs and maintaining financial accountability. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in menu planning and food service management
• Experience working in an assisted living or elder care setting
• Knowledge of diet therapy and its application in menu planning
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as a Dietary Manager or Certified Dietary Manager
• Experience managing a team of culinary professionals
• Experience with financial management and budgeting
