Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu.
• Prepares and/or portions food using proper food handling and food safety techniques.
• Utilizes standardized recipes for regular and therapeutic diets.
• Maintains proper temperature of food during preparation and service.
• Serves food according to the planned menu and diet orders, and checks tray accuracy.
