Responsibilities

• Follow Dining Policy and Procedures.
• Serve food per portion control and meet diet/resident needs.
• Assist or serve meals, including resident room service.
• Setup, deliver and verify meal trays and dining areas.
• Assist with supplies, inventory and stocking.
• Follow safety precautions in food preparation.
• Perform kitchen utility duties and keep areas clean.
• Adhere to health regulations and training standards.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and safely operating.
• Attend required training sessions.
