• Plan and supervise all aspects of food preparation, production, and service.
• Develop nutritious menus meeting dietary needs and resident preferences.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage to minimize waste.
• Train and supervise dietary staff to ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with nursing, activities, and administration to address resident needs.
