Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willing to care for residents and staff and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the dietary department operations in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents.
• Participate in the facility’s budgeting process.
• Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively.
• Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
