Job summary

Continuing Healthcare Solutions in the United States is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the daily operations of our kitchen and dining services in long-term care settings. You will supervise staff, manage the dietary department, ensure menu adherence, and uphold quality and safety standards to deliver excellent dining experiences for residents.

Ideal candidates have experience in food service leadership within long-term care, strong budgeting skills, and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Experience and Skills

*Manage the overall day to day operations including thehiring and supervision of staff and oversight of meal preparationas well as maintaining the dietary department budget. Experience preferred.

* Responsible for oversight and management of safelyhandling and preparing appetizing and palatable food.

* Responsible for oversight and management of care andcleaning of food service equipment.

* Follow menus and recipes as well as a meal schedule.

* Ability to ensure the delivery of quality meals andcustomer service for positive dining experience.

* Ability to follow all applicable policies and proceduresas well as current federal, state, and local standards, guidelinesand regulations that govern long-term care.
