Continuing Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Dietary Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and budget in our long-term care setting. You will manage meal planning, food preparation, and service, ensuring compliance with safety standards and resident-focused dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day operations including hiring and supervising staff and oversight of the dietary department budget.
• Oversee safe handling and preparation of appetizing, palatable food.
• Oversee care and cleaning of food service equipment.
• Follow menus and recipes as well as a meal schedule.
• Ensure delivery of quality meals and customer service for positive dining experience.
• Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and standards/regulations in long-term care.

Experience and Skills
