Job summary

• Follow all applicable policies and procedures and regulations governing long-term care.
• Previous experience in a dietary department in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Experience and Skills

Responsible for meal service, assisting in preparation offood, care and cleaning of food service equipment, setting uptrays and dining room tables.

Ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customer servicefor a positive dining experience. Follow all applicable policiesand procedures as well as current federal, states and localguidelines and regulations that govern long-term care.

The Cook is responsible for the preparation of food inaccordance with current applicable federal, state, and localstandards, guidelines and regulations, with our establishedpolicies and procedures.

Previous experience working in a dietary department isrequired preferably in a healthcare setting.
