Job summary

Cascades at Oak Creek is seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department and ensure nutritious, appealing meals for nursing home residents. You will oversee menu planning, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and documentation to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent certification required.
• Strong understanding of Federal, State, and local nursing home dietary rules and regulations.
• Prior foodservice experience in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.
• Minimum one-year supervisory experience is preferred.

Requirements
