• Manage inventory, ordering, and food procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Supervise, train, and mentor dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers.
• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain department policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, nutritionists, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of dietary services.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends, menu planning, and nutritional science to continuously improve our dining services.
