Job summary

Twin Cities Care Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department and ensure high-quality meals for residents. You will supervise staff, plan menus, and ensure safety and compliance throughout daily kitchen operations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, coordination with nursing, and accurate record-keeping to support resident well-being in a long-term care setting. A CDM is preferred but not required for hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDM certification preferred.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in healthcare food service.
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and safe food handling.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary staff and oversee daily kitchen operations.
