Job Summary

The Dietary Manager plays a vital role in our facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the Dietary Department
• Recruitment, hiring, and supervision of staff
• Ensuring food procedures adhere to policies
• Tracking residents' dietary restrictions
• Maintaining departmental policies and procedures
• Meeting budgetary goals
• Performing administrative tasks and preparing reports
• Facilitating communication among staff, residents, and families
