Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a Dietary Manager/Kitchen Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operation of all dietary needs and to design resident-specific menus. This is a full-time role that emphasizes quality patient care and efficient kitchen management.

You will interview, recruit, and train staff, manage inventories, set standards, and collaborate with residents to provide diverse and satisfying meal options while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Certification by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
• Completed a Dietary Manager Exam.
• Experience in foodservice management.
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Good written and verbal communication.

• Managing daily foodservice operations.
• Interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.
• Interacting with residents to ensure their satisfaction.
• Organizing staff working schedules.
• Carrying out inventory management.
