Qualifications

• Certified by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
• Completed a Dietary Manager Exam.
• Experience in foodservice management.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.
• Interacting with residents to ensure their satisfaction.
• Organizing staff working schedules.
• Carrying out inventory management.
