Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Dietary Manager for Glenwood Rehabilitation and Health Care Center to plan, direct, and supervise the dietary department, ensuring nutritionally appropriate meals for residents and compliance with regulations.

The role requires prior dietary supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings, a high school diploma, and preferred CDM/CFPP/DTR certifications. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC is required.
• CDM/CFPP/DTR certifications are highly preferred.
• Certification in food safety as required by state regulations.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department. You will also safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health. The Dietary Manager ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Trained as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or a Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) highly preferred
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Certification in food safety, as required by state regulations
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
