Job summary

Estoria Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Missouri seeks a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department, plan and supervise nutrition services, and ensure safe, nutritious meals for residents.

The role requires experience in dietary supervision in LTC settings, a CDM/CFPP/DTR is preferred, and strong communication and professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, energetic personality.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or a Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) highly preferred.
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Certification in food safety, as required by state regulations.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department. The Dietary Manager ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
