Job summary

Estoria Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Dietary Manager to supervise the dietary department, plan menus, and direct meal service for residents. You will ensure nutritionally appropriate food and compliance with regulations while leading a team to provide high quality dining.

The role requires a CDM/CFPP/DTR certification (or training) and a strong commitment to resident welfare. Tutera offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trained as a CDM, CFPP, or a DTR preferred.
• Certification in food safety as required by state regulations.
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
