Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a compassionate Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department in a care facility. You will plan, organize, and direct operations to deliver nutritious meals that meet federal, state, and local standards while supporting residents and the care team.

• Participate in the facility’s budgeting process
• Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively
• Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration
