Job summary

Holton Health Care Center is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department, ensure quality nutritional services for residents, and manage budgets and staff development. The ideal candidate will hold a ServSafe Manager Certification (or obtain within 60 days) and demonstrate empathy, integrity, and a strong work ethic to support residents and the care team.

This role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local standards while driving cost-effective meal plans and fostering
