Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department, plan and direct operations, and ensure quality nutritional services for residents while controlling food costs and budget.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents
• Participate in the facility’s budgeting process
• Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively
• Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

• Current ServSafe Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
