Join our dynamic team at Bickford Senior Living as the Breadbasket Manager! This role supports all aspects of our restaurant-style dining experience called the “Bread Basket,” including ordering, meal preparation, presentation, and service.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Order food following Bickford’s process in a timely, cost-effective manner
• Ensure appropriate information is available for meal production
• Prepare meals following menus and processes
• Serve food at correct temperatures and appropriately plated
• Follow Bickford’s process during meal service
• Interact with residents during meals to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain food service records as per regulatory requirements
• Store food according to policies
• Ensure cleanliness and regulatory compliance in kitchen and dining areas
• Coordinate with marketing and activities staff for tours and events

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; one-year related experience
• Willingness to undertake additional training or education as required
• ServSafe, CPR, and First Aid certifications
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills
