Requirements for Dietary Manager:

• Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Certification
• Willing to assist with certification for the right candidate
• Knowledge of dietary procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines of nursing home operations
• One year of experience in long-term care
• One year of supervisory experience
• A desire to work with seniors
