We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to lead our dining services at a long-term care facility. This role offers a pay rate of $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
Role Overview
As a Food Service Director / Dining Services Manager, you will oversee the food service program, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of finances, supplies, and personnel using HCSG software.
- Conduct staff training and quality control; perform various roles as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
- Ensure safety protocols, sanitation, and infection control procedures are followed.
- Maintain punctuality, attendance, and professionalism.
- Represent HCSG positively in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in food service management or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in food production/service and supervision preferred.
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred; Food Protection Manager certification required within 14 days of hire.
- Food Service Manager and LTC-FSM certifications required within 60 days.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift/carry and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records.
- Residency within the service area required.
