Luxor Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager (CDM Certified) to lead the dietary department in a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure food safety, and manage ordering and inventory to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
• Experience managing dietary staff and department operations
• Ability to manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and hands-on
