Job description

North County Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our Dietary Department! At North County we foster a homelike environment for our residents, built on support, compassion, trust, and kindness. Our CDM will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and directing the daily operation of the dietary department, ensuring residents satisfaction and safety as well as adherence to company policy and procedures as well as maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining food service standards, policies and procedures, dietary staff hours, scheduling, equipment maintenance, cost control, and resident safety while providing the highest available quality of food service for our residents. Ensure their department is maintaining the cleanliness of all areas, safe functioning equipment, as well as sanitation requirements.

Shift Availability

Shift Availability: 8A-4P, Monday-Friday

Salary

Salary: $20-22/hr
