About the Role:

As a Dietary Manager at Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality nutrition and exceptional care. Dietary Manager is a full-time position that requires a strong background in food service management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the dietary department, including meal planning, menu development, and kitchen operations
• Supervise a team of dietary staff, ensuring excellent patient care and customer service
• Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor costs to maintain budget compliance
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care and high-quality nutrition
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies
