Job summary

Athens Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager / Dietary Supervisor to lead the Dietary Department and ensure high-quality nutrition for residents. You will plan, organize, and supervise daily operations, while maintaining compliance and a safe, sanitary kitchen.

The role emphasizes leadership, menu planning, and staff supervision, with a focus on resident health, satisfaction, and recovery in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Certification by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
• Completion of a certified Dietary Manager Exam.
• 2+ years in foodservice management.
• Good mathematical skills.

We are currently seeking a qualified Certified Dietary Manager / Dietary Supervisor to help lead our Dietary Department.

Position Overview: Certified Dietary Manager / Dietary Supervisor

The Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) assists in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality, nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. You’ll work closely with the Administrator and/or Dietary Consultant to support resident health, satisfaction, and recovery.
