Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals considering patient dietary needs and preferences.
• Lead and manage dietary staff including meal prep, production, and quality control.
• Develop and implement menus meeting clinical needs and cultural diversity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments for coordination and communication.
• Maintain a positive work environment and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
