Job summary

Vasona Creek Healthcare Center in Los Gatos, California is seeking a dedicated Dietary Director to lead our culinary and nutritional services team. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure menus meet residents' health needs with appeal and variety.

This role requires a CDM credential and 2–3 years of dietary management experience, preferably in long-term care. You will collaborate with clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgeting and inventory

Qualifications

• Active CDM credential required.

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food service operations, including meal preparation, presentation and delivery.

• Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal healthcare and sanitation regulations.
