Job summary

Epic Healthcare in Tinton Falls, NJ 07724, is seeking an experienced Dietary Director to lead our dietary department and ensure residents receive nutritious, high‑quality meals and exceptional dining service.

You will oversee daily operations, plan therapeutic menus, supervise and train staff, ensure sanitation and infection control, and coordinate with nursing and administration to meet residents' nutritional needs.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary/food service management experience required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
