Job summary

Complete Care at Fox Hill is hiring a Dietary Manager / Food Services Director to oversee the dietary department in a long-term care setting. You will plan nutritionally balanced meals, supervise staff, and ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a CDM certification (or willingness to obtain) and at least 2+ years of food service management experience, with strong leadership and independent work capability. Full-time, day shift, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Dietary Manager Certification or willing to become certified.
• 2+ years of experience in food service management.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the Dietary Department daily to ensure that it is safe and sanitary.
• Submits written reports to the administration as necessary.
• Plans nutritionally balanced & therapeutic meals that reflect the likes and dislikes of residents, as well as Public Health regulations.
• Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel.

• Ability to work independently or part of a group
