We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dietary Manager to join our team in Danville, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our foodservice team, the Dietary Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care through exceptional culinary experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient meals and snacks
• Develop and implement dietary menus that cater to patients' nutritional needs and preferences
• Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient meal orders
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and budgeting to minimize waste and optimize resources
