Responsibilities

• Food Service & Resident Experience: assist with meal prep and service per menus and dietary needs.
• Serve meals promptly with correct portions and presentation standards.
• Provide respectful, courteous service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Ensure special diets, allergies, and texture modifications are followed.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and report concerns to Dining Services Manager.
• Record meals daily for cost tracking and billing.
