Rocky Mountain Care's Hunter Hollow skilled nursing community in West Valley City is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare meals in line with dietary guidelines and standardized recipes for residents. This position supports the dietary team and requires an 18+ year old candidate with a current Food Handlers Permit and prior supervisory experience in food service. The role offers a Thursday–Sunday shift from 12:00 p.m.

to 8:00 p.m. and reports to the Dietary Manager or Administrator.

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred; candidate must be 18+ years old.
• Current/Active Food Handlers Permit.
• One year dietary/food service supervisory experience preferred (hospital or long-term care)

Responsabilidades

• Review menus prior to food preparation and prepare meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Serve meals with appropriate portion control and appealing presentation.
• Assist in inventory and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Dietitian/Director of Food Services as needed and implement changes.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the food services department.
