Saber Healthcare Group at Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a dedicated dietary teammate to prepare meals for residents in a skilled nursing setting. Full-time positions offer day shifts, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

You will follow prescribed diets, maintain food safety standards, and work under the Food Service Director, with opportunities for tuition assistance and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diets and safety standards.
• Follow health, sanitation and infection control policies set by the community.
• Assist the Food Service Director and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
