Saber Healthcare Group in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a dedicated dietary aide to prepare meals according to resident diet specifications, following safety and sanitation standards under the Food Service Director’s guidance.

You’ll work full-time mornings and evenings with rotating weekends, enjoy flexible pay options (On-Demand or Weekly Pay), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and safety regulations.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and standards set by the community.
• Assist under the supervision of the Food Service Director.
