Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing dietary team. You will prepare meals per resident diet specifications and procedures, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards under the supervision of the Food Service Director.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of food safety, and ability to meet state food handler requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety regulations.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
