• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals according to approved menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure correct preparation and serving of therapeutic diets as required.
• Inspect meals for correct diet orders, portion control, and presentation.
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen environment and store food properly.
